If you’re no longer using QuickBooks Payroll and would like to cancel your subscription, there are a few things you need to do. First, you’ll need to remove all of your employees from QuickBooks. To do this, go to the Employees tab and select each employee one by one. Once you’ve selected an employee, click the “Edit” button and then select “Delete.” Repeat this process for all employees until there are none left in QuickBooks.
