3 chicken breast
2 cloves of garlic
3 tbsp of olive oil
1tbsp of chopped fresh rosemary
Salt and pepper
Procedure:
Cut chicken breast in half. Finely chop garlic and rosemary. In the bowl add oil, garlic, rosemary and salt and pepper. Mix the mixture and let it sit for 5 minutes. Add chicken in to it and mix well. Wrap with plastic wrap and put in the fridge for half hour. Meantime get the griddle hot as well as oven on 375 F.
